If you are not happy with an item* for any reason, simply return it - in unused condition - within 30 days of the receipt of merchandise for a refund or an exchange. Any item received postmarked after the expiration of the return period will be returned to the sender.
*Except for personalized items. [If you think you might need to return an item, DO NOT HAVE IT PERSONALIZED, WE CANNOT RESELL MERCHANDISE WITH YOUR INITIALS ON IT.]
Returns on Christmas Gifts:
Any item purchased in December 2012 may be returned for an exchange or a refund if postmarked latest by January 25, 2013. As with any other return, item must be in its original condition. All conditions listed above apply.
